Casualty Care, a first aid & safety company was formed by Jeanine Samaniego in 2007. The vision of the company is to provide excellence in customer service without all the “fine print” attached to it. After serving several years in the industry, she decided “enough was enough”, and made it her priority of “getting back to basics”.
Jeanine says that “True customer service no longer existed in the industry because of the quotas that were expected to be top priority. It uses to be that customer service would atop that list”, that’s when Jeanine knew it was time to form Casualty Care.
Casualty Care’s promise of “getting back to basics” is defined by Jeanine as “my ability to provide a service or product in the way that it has been promised and that customer service is a proactive attitude that can be summed up as: I care and I can do."
